Pet Policy

At Vinings Brushy Creek we are a pet friendly community that welcomes up to two pets per apartment, cats or dogs only please. There is a non-refundable fee of $300.00 for one pet and $450.00 for two pets. Pet rent charges are $15.00/month per pet. Our weight maximum is 65 lbs. for a single pet or no more than 50 lbs. combined for two pets. We ask that any pets exceeding 40 lbs. reside on the first floor. Please be mindful that breed restrictions apply for the following: Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Doberman, Akita, Chow, or any mix of the breeds listed.
