There are no additional fees associated with parking and we offer ample spaces for our residents and their guests! Parking is first come, first serve as spaces are not reserved. We allow one vehicle per licensed lease holder and you are able to update your information on your Resident Portal should you ever change vehicles or need to update your registration. We ask that if you do have family or friends visit, that they reserve the parking closest to the building for residents.

Pet Policy

At Vinings Brushy Creek we are a pet friendly community that welcomes up to two pets per apartment, cats or dogs only please. There is a non-refundable fee of $300.00 for one pet and $450.00 for two pets. Pet rent charges are $15.00/month per pet. Our weight maximum is 65 lbs. for a single pet or no more than 50 lbs. combined for two pets. We ask that any pets exceeding 40 lbs. reside on the first floor. Please be mindful that breed restrictions apply for the following: Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Doberman, Akita, Chow, or any mix of the breeds listed.
